India has a massive anti-Chinese population. They do business which is fine but China and India aren't going to be buddies anytime soon. Also why would China care about drone strikes in Pakistan? They do not meddle in internal affairs of countries while USA likes to pick and choose puppets which they can control from Langley.

True regarding drones but what can China do if the Pakistan leaders were in bed with the US and authorizing killing of Pakistanis. In 1971 Pak-China were no allies but simply neighbors, and also China was a very poor country with millions of unemployed, hence very different circumstances. Nevertheless interesting viewpoint, and something that will become clear in the next few months.

India asked China to respect the status-quo and go back to Finger 8, China instead showed India the Finger 4 aka the Middle Finger !

Finger 4 to 8 are always controlled by China which is why China built a wide metalled rosd from Finger 8 to 4 back in 1998 (if not earlier).
Indian keeps claiming till Finger 8 even though there is no path till there from Indian side is to just keep PLA tied down at that lake and not divert elsewhere.
