You do realize that if India ever wanted Bangladeshi land they could have taken it during their independence when Indian army liberated them. India could have easily marched and taken out any resistance, since we had backing of Russia who were patrolling the IOR to keep the US navy out of the situation. But then again they don't teach this in the two cent school of CCP..

The thought did cross the minds of Indira Gandhi and the military chiefs but practical reasoning prevented them from occupying Bangladesh indefinitely. Mr TTA dont exaggerated BD importance in the front of us.Mukti Bahini got hands ,teeth and nail because of the RAW .
I agree with your first reason .but second is one of your lame attempt to show the importance of BD and its citizens.But it didnt worked.
And there is also another reason .We dont get anything from that soil except some illiterate people.Still we suffered due to their pole vaulting
