Of course W. Bengalis and Assamese are our brothers. They can migrate anywhere in Bangladesh but first they need to get out of India and form a greater Bengal including Bangladesh. WE ARE READY ANYTIME.

Agree with leon.....many bengalis here,still remember their ancestral home in bangladesh and cherish the young ones by sharing their golden memories (till they were forced to or volunterily migrated to now west bengal).......you know,i came across several such stories or histories told by grandpa of one of my friends(he died last year,peace be upon him)......one beautifull moment was during a indo-bangla cricket match where he fully supported the country that provided him shelter at times of danger,but still his heart cried for his former homeland....... and his bangal vasha was the coolest,had many hard times dealing with that....lol....like they say,grandpa/grandma stories are the best!!!

he means that those person who are living in bangladesh (or the matter of fact india ) without valid documents should be thrown out ....even those overstaying the stipulated period ....
one who wants to visit his ancestral place is free to do so but with valid papers ....suppose i have an ancestral property in bd that does not give me the right to barge into your territory without papers ...isnt it.....
and no one should be allowed to work in another country on a tourist visa mate (hope you dont have any problm in calling you mate)..
and if one is unable to kick out illegals from his country one should not cry hoarse when another kicks illegals from theirs

People just out of their sane when they talk like that. If anybody regardless of legality stays in any country automatically gain some inherent right in that country. For instance he is subject to any legal protection agaist any crime, and is subject to self defence regardless of his crime including his illegal entry to that country. Also before kicking him out, the host country must make sure the recipient country recognize that particular person and will not be subject to inhuman prosecution in the destination country.

A person can not be under any circumstances sent to some other country where he does not belong or the destination country does not recognize them as their own citizen.

Poor Indians are India's problem. They must be taken care of by Indians only. We have our own baggage to take care.
If needed BD could send some food/relief or something subject to good harvest here.

and he is also interrogated whether he is a spy or causing terror against the nation (think ajmal kasab)....

its the descision of the host nation whether to welcome those who are facing persecution in there own country or not (think dalai lama and tibetan refugees)
suppose a certain group of people are facing persecution in Myanmar and and are coming in hordes to Bangladesh to make it there sanctuary there safe haven and start living in bd illegally ....it will be the decision of bd government whether to welcome them or not..
indian government should make a precedence by throwing these parasites back to where they came from such that no one dare think in those terms again..

Here you go.. that is what BD wants. Due procedure before you send somebody to BD. He must prove himself as being BD citizen in any Indian court before brought to the border. Our BDR will check relevant papers, authenticity of that person and take him to the custody. Later he will be presented in any BD court where he will be charged with illegaly crossing to a foreign lland and he will be jailed. There are cases when people were caught with Beard and Tupi and thrown to our borders who even cant speak Bengali let alone he be a Bangaldeshi.

Regarding Burmese, no we dont welcome them like any other country who does not want refugee flooding in their country. But most of the time BD tries to go through procedures and they were given food and shelters. Even local people are very compassionate to them. We dont have any hate burmese thing going on here.

There is no dispute here. Just to making sure that Indians dont send their own citizen mistakenly identified as Bangladeshi which was happend in the past. That is all our concern. Nothing more nothing less.
