A religious secular will be a corrupt shit to the core, wormy inside, but by abusing religion would have a beautiful cover for the outside. And you are a perfect example of it dude.

Secularism is like an stomach in Islamic countries which is designed for digesting of revolutions and destroying the least anti tyrant attitudes in Muslim hearts. ISIS was created by evil powers to destroy the real face Islam and force Muslim masses to turn to secularism. With no doubt, seculars would accept USA as their desired land, home for their wishes and their Qibla to bow down to it.

By separation of secularism and religion, any person can be a nice guy having his own beliefs but what @HannibalBarca suggests, is the religious corruption. Be a secular, love humans and drop religion or be a religious man and love other humans. Combination of these concepts ends up like Ale-Saud secular Haramis who abuses religion to keep their tyrant regime alive at the same time gives no damn about oppressed Muslims e.g. Palestinians, Lebanese etc.

And based on what i know of Egyptian culture, it i impossible. Look for other ways for announcing friendship with Israelis @Crocodile

Last time I checked, the total number of Egyptian citizens killed by Israel over the last 40 years was a whopping zero. Compare that to the bloodthirsty mayhem of Islamist dogs over the same time period and it becomes clear who Egypt's true enemy is.

I'm aware of that.. what is happening now is just the start in trying to reverse the trend of the last 40 years and hopefully repairing the damage that was caused by islamist stranglehold on the Egyptian way of life.

All these debates about a country being a secular or not secular is really a nonsense argument. i certainly believe that countries have no religion but people do and it is not the choice of an individual to born in a certain country its the will of Allah (SWT) where He wants the person to be born. Allah (SWT) gives the rights to every individual in this world certain sets of rights and we should try to follow as many as we can.

Nation states are 150yrs old phenomenon and even then the countries dont have a religion but people do . so let people of every country decides the law and then can argue over it and decides what is good for the people living in that country by making sure that the rights of and feelings of majority and minorities in the country should be balanced.

the problem with many people in our country is that they see modern arabs as role models for them to follow islam but they dont know the ground realities. they dont know that there r many divisions among arabs too, they also have bad apples among them( it doesnt mean all of them r bad), modern arabs have left the concept of muslim ummah and settled in nation states either one likes it or not, many groups among them are fighting to manipulate the masses on their side but the masses are secular in nature ( which i actually find a very positive sign in arab masses)

i totally agree with you and i m sorry our people dont know anything about your country and political situation in your country besides both our countries have similar problems regarding corruption.
