i want to ask that if a candidate having Masters Degree and under 28 years old can apply for Short Service Commission or not?
I Call many times in AS&RCs but they didn't receive phone, so i now i need your help.

According to my knowledge only Engineers and doctors are eligible to apply for short service commissioned officers.
