Assasination hit & run, in 2012 ISIS was using hit & run style assasinations on Iraqi soldiers. They used to release video's very similar showing them pulling out pistols with silencers in the same pick up trucks firing then escaping. It could very well be IS new strategy now that they've been defeated conventionally.

But what do they hope to get out of it?

The previous 4 were women (all non political) to terrorize people especially women into not deying Islamic laws. This one is a medical worker. It's not random but they're not protected figures, they're known to some degree but in no way politically relevant.

They terrorize the populace through this as they are targeting well known people, instilling fear into people is the purpose of terrorism. Young women/girls will be afraid now to attract attention through fashion, makes them more 'Islamic' on the outside.

first of all no Christian forced us to accept Islam, Christian English ruled us for 90 Years in Pakistan and they never forced us, neither Muslims in Europe claim such things etc.

There are 2 situation, in 1st situation person can accept their demand and do what they want in Public to save life and practice Islam in private.
