Great, look bro most of sunnis in Iraq where in saddams security forces you can have thousands of army generals service intelligents, secret services, republican guards, Fidaeii saddam men who reddy to sacrifice for saddam and the Baath partymembers as you can see these people still in power and the baath still strong in these areas yeas baathis are weak in the shiite cities but they still strong in sunni cities!!!!.

If you look at most of the sunnis in the Iraqi government today they are mostly if not all of them baathis even in the army they are in big nombers that why you can see our army so weak even in terms of armament the army with all the big budget still lacking the arm that they need.

Many of the officers or soldiers working with isis giving them information about the army movements other wise how come isis could assasinate our soldiers and high ranks generals even in in internal security forces there are many of these traitors that's why you can see there are every year hundreds of car bomb in Baghdad while it is rare in the south the low presence of sunnis in any city or town you get lower car bomb the high density the higher rate of car bomb baghdad is an example diala another example.

See I always was debating about buying tons load of cheap and used russians weapons first they are too cheap for country like Iraq second easy to use and maintain.

second we can buy tons load of surveillance gadgets like drones from China.

Third using balloons above Baghdad with surveillance cameras that work 24/7.

They can easily use undercover men in Baghdad streets and the other cities to watch every foreigners enter their areas this way they can minimize the effort of the terrorists to the ground.
