40 years of war is enough no more weapons for Iraq

Saddam did big mess and then Americans

Please just built your country with the oil and gas and give the poor people some hope

I was a very young kid watching 1991 Gulf War and those green TV screens lighting up with tracers

They got hammered by the Coalition and then sanctions

no more, built country now

No! Defence comes first before economy.

There is a reason why Zia Ul Haq made a speech to Pakistanis and said we will eat grass even if it means going nuclear

However, in Iraq’s case you are probably right, a Shia plurality, the Kurds secessionists, and the secularists coupled with a bunch of other minorities... Unfortunately to say but any country that does not have a strong majority is just asking to be ruined. Either they will become Iran’s lapdog or Saudis lapdog, my bet is on Iran considering the close vicinity (neighbours) their Shia Plurality and all those Shia holy sites.

I think Erdogan was rubbing his balls on ottoman dreams and found that more satisfying than leaving Syrians in peace
