I guess, but let's be honest here Doc. Your zoros have been mixing it up with the bhartis, because from the looks of the photos, it is clear that you guys aren't as pure as you claim. Not that I have a problem with it, but I find it quite unfair when you make fun of Iranians for being mixed with arab genetics, when you guys are mixed with indian genetics.
It's not possible. It's psychotically enforced. You need to be a Zoroastrian to understand the stigma of outside blood.
It would not be polite on a non Zoroastrian forum.
And it's definitely not India v Pakistan man. We have families in each others countries till a couple of decades ago.
Now most of yours have migrated.
Typically what happens is anecdotal or cherry picked.
Like when Iranis and Parsis fight. You've seen it all!
Or when Pakistanis try to put Parsis down.
Or Sanghis.
You find the ugliest and darkest photo and post it.
Then you find the best looking and fairest photo for the side you're rooting for. Or trying to push as the counterargument. And post these.
I met 5 Pakistani Parsi kids recently. Tons of Indian Parsi kids. I remember mentioning to my wife how this generation seems to be a bit darker ...
And Parsi kids settled in the US.
The Americans were bigger and fairer.
Did only those strains that did not "mix" go to the US?
There is an mixed Indian sect of Parsis called the Khandias.
They are descended from the earliest unions of Parsi men and Hindu women.
They are Parsis. Navjote. Sudreh kusti.
But we don't intermarry. Not just us Athrvan. But not even the non priestly Behdin.
Traditionally they've been our pall bearers. Those carrying and tending to the corpses in the Dakhmas.
But their numbers multiplied over 1000 years. Many of them lead normal professional lives.
We had a senior in school. Two years older, my cousin's batch.
IIT. iIM. Senior VP of a top global consulting firm in SE Asia.
And a bit fairer than a Tamil.
Cheers, Doc
