Thats an italian aircraft. They are very reliable.

Most crashs with the ATR happen because bad maintenance or unexperienced staff. Its a turboprop and most pilots are not very experienced with that type of craft. And she is unforgiving when you do things wrong.

Aseman Airlines has so much crashs that they felt on the blacklist of the EU in 2016 and are not allowed to fly into EU or over EU airspace.

Cant really fix that when they aren't allowed to buy spare parts, its a miracle they lasted this long
