It was due to the new policy of Rouhani's government on reducing defense ministry's budget by 85%!
lots of projects were suspended, Fotros was unveiled in early stages so that it could be suspended as well!

its good they built Qaem and is not like I'm complaining about it, but i Wish beside it they had produced Sadid in enough number so it could meet the need of our forces in Syria .we badly need something in class of hellfire in very large amount to keep our helicopter and drones out of the harm and honnestly to destroy a target you don't need to use so large warhead to destroy two building around it specially if you want o consider urban warfare .

wow, Mohajer-6 operates naval attacks. Man i love this bird, it can shoot helicopters down too. Different capabilities, if we compare it with Shahed-129

تو این ویدئو مهاجر به ضد هوایی مجهز شده. گرچه خبرنگار عزیز به نظرم جوگیر شده چون بدون رادار نمی توان با پهپاد جنگنده زد. ولی هلی کوپتر و کروز رو میشه زد

well it's possible if they equip it with something like SA-18, SA-24, Mithaq-2 ,.... but if I hope if they want to use it for that role they equipped Mohajer-6 with a better camera at least the camera is not designed to look down but also can look around as well and hopefully they plan to equip the drone with some sort of FLIR

In the clip, drone locked on target from 10km away, it's well beyond most of threats. Hellfire is ineffective against buildings and useless in urban warfare.
