In Yemen Conflict, Some See A New Age Of Drone Warfare

Ali Vaez, an expert on Iran with the International Crisis Group, a conflict research organization, says taking cheap drones to the next level is exactly the kind of thing Iran is good at. Wonder why use Shahed-129 ,Mohajer and Ababil were far more suitable for The mission .
If we used those drones we could use 2 or 3 at the same operation expenses of operating one Shahed 129

well we do not know were this Shahed 129 took off maybe they use it for longer distance or height, or even a better camera view as Shahed 129 in general is more advanced then any Mohajer or Ababil uavs. that just few examples that came to my mind as i do not know the real reason.

The mohajem 92 is the basis for the air forces Kaman 12 uav/ucav

Tho its clear that they`ve modified it quite a bit,as apart from the extended nose,it also has a larger engine and prop and the tail and wingtips have been stretched slightly.
Why they just didnt simply take over the apparently unwanted mohajer 6 program is a bit of a mystery,as the male class mohajer 6 certainly would have quite a bit better performance than this thing.
