It's really confusing. Russia kept India out if troika meeting about Afghanistan situation. On other hand, Iran president is saying that Iran and India will work closely for Afghanistan. Is it safe to assume that Iran hints towards individual cooperation with India on Afghanistan since others don't see India related directly to Afghanistan situation or, Iran is working out side of troika or, Indian Media/Press is once again proving the EU DisInfoLab was right about propaganda news in India.

If Iran allow India a path. India will supply weapons to terrorist groups. Pakistan n China must not allow Iran to give way to India. Here I think China will use its 400 billions trade agreement with Iran to not allow india to use iran airspace to supply weapons to terrorists . Last time Indian send weapons by using Iranian airspace on the name of withdrawal. I think Iran must had asked clarification to india n Afghanistan on that issue as well. In a recent meeting, Putin didn't invite Iran and Turkey. Turkey already sent back Rasheed Dostum to reorganized Turkish groups in Afghanistan. The storm is building silently. Hopefully, Pakistan secured its border and keep Afghans in Afghanistan.
India trying to stay relevant in this conflict, but don't see anyone giving any importance to India.
