Any attack be it a mistake against civilians is condemned. Iran should apologize to the victim's family and provide compensation for their lost one.

further attacks against terrorist hideouts need to be launched from UCAVs not mortar shells to prevent similar incidents

Agreed,this is one area where iran should take a leaf out of the western play book,that way you can hopefully keep collateral damage to a minimum.
