This Karrar in the picture is missing the Remote Weapon system and Crew commander's independent sights. The Crew Commander's copula appears to be the original copula from the standard T-72 MBT wich really limits the crew commander's situational awareness.. Judging from this image it looks like the Artesh are getting a down graded version of the Karrar MBT most likely due to funding issues. Over all though even a downgraded karrar is better than the the T-72S MBTs that they will replace. These Karrars can always be upgraded in the future if the budget improves.
The RWS might just not be installed yet, hopefully that's the case

In this era, France is clearly the leading military in Western Europe. One of the unique countries that can building practically everything on its own without joint development projects with other NATO countries.
I don't chalk out Sweden so easily

Indeed,

Out of all European countries France is still very colonial when it comes to many countries in Africa.

Why hasn't Iran developed a sophisticated shoulder fired anti-armour weapon yet?

Toophan and Delahvie ATGMs have been created but while they are mobile, they are not shoulder fired mobile and something like the British NLAW would be very logical to produce. Yes they are expensive but they can also decimate most nations armour if produced in the 1000s.

Is their anything like it in Iran?

Yeah they are self sefficient. But they always feel the threat of German revenge right on their eastern borders hence giving huge consessions to Americans by staying among USA's lap dogs in NATO.

I believe, if USA didn't restrict German military they would have done much better than the French.

Not like that, but Iran has chosen a cost effective approach hence developing new shoulder launched APs based uopn existing platforms.
