I was wondering why Iran is spying on Balochistan using drones, and this occurred to my mind that on 21 June the drone was shot down by our forces and one day later our forces were attacked by the terrorists.

Now my question is, was this drone looking for ‘soft targets’ for the Baloch separatists and other terrorists?

Are Iranians also part of insurgency in Balochistan in collaboration with India?

Is Iranian intelligence sharing information with Indian RAW or actually they both are conducting joint operations against Pakistan?

And most importantly, are Baloch insurgents using Iranian soil as launching pads and havens, and Iran is part of it?

.
You are bit too paranoid. Baloch insurgency doesn't serve Iran because they are dealing with one in their own Sistan province. Iran at most is trying to recruit Pakistani shias for their dirty wars in Syria and other places.

You never know Tesky. It's strategic politics. Chances are higher of my 'paranoia' because of the Kalbhushan link to Iran. And Uzair Baloch's partnership with Iranian intelligence (allegedly at least). So why not look at it from this perspective?

And of course I haven't opened this thread to attack any community including shias in Pakistan. So be calm; I do consider you as my brother lol as long as you're on the Pakistani side.

Why would the COAS discuss with Rouhani RAW's involvement in Balochistan

Mar 26, 2016 06:42pm

ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif on Saturday discussed the issue of Research and Analysis Wing's (RAW) involvement in Pakistan's internal affairs with Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, who is here on a two-day visit, said a statement issued by the military's media wing.

Pakistan has had reservations regarding India’s close ties with Iran, particularly the cooperation in regards to Chabahar Port.

Now what was this drone doing in our airspace?

Is this the reason why it was there:
We have never had troops deployed on Iranian border since 1947 nor we felt a need for doing that given the traditional cross-border people-to-people bonds. That lack of security is being exploited and misused by our common enemies for last decade or so. Iranians are over-reacting to the incidents of terrorism on their side of the border. But we probably have more terrorist attacks on our side. Both of us Pakistanis and Iranians must not forget that it's the same common enemy that is orchestrating all these attacks on both sides of the border. Both Pakistan and Iran need to coordinate their security deployments and deeply cooperate with each other to foil the enemy's plans. We need to define clear red lines and communicate that to Iranians telling them that violations will not be tolerated. Rather than taking unilateral actions and intrusions into Pakistan, Iranians need to work together with Pakistan. We have no interest in destabilizing Iran. We rather protected Iran back when it was most vulnerable in past. Iranians must not overlook that reality and favor from Pakistan.

Only problem I have with Iran is they actively recruit Pakistani shias. Others like ISIS etc also recruit to fight in foreign lands but they are not state backed like Iran. Otherwise our relations with Iran are good. Insurgents have taken advantage of porous Pak-Iran border where we haven't deployed much troops to protect because Pakistan doesn't feel any threat from Iranian side.

Isn't it a gold opportunity to practice drone detection and hunt? Iranians did that with American drones. Now they give Pakistanis a chance to practice.

.
Iran is playing with fire and we can also give Iran left right. First Kulboshan and now par chanar. It is time we give proper response to Iran

"And now Parachinar"? Can you elaborate?

Well, the recent attack in Parachinar never goes in Pakistan's interest. It was carried out by the enemy and it's beneficiaries are (1) India, (2) Iran, (3) Afghanistan and on top of that is their Zionist Daddie called USA.

Nuclear Pakistan, a strong partner of emerging China, a prosperous CPEC nation is a thorn on the bed of these lunatics.

So Iran now benefits from massacring Shia civilians in Pakistan? You do know that it's a losers' job to blame others for its own shortcomings?

When Khomeini's shrine and their Parliament were attacked, they blamed Saudis as perpetrators.. so Iran proved that they are losers too?

And BTW, what makes you believe that Iran can't get some Shias butchered for their country's vested interests?

Don't Americans kill their own people for implementation of their world order?

Iran blamed Saudis for the vile ideology the spread that led to rise of groups like ISIS, AQ, Taliban, TTP and others which is nothing but reality. Saudi defense ministers openly said we will take the war inside Iran, and few days later terror attack happens, and there is significant rise in number of terrorist cells busted by Iranian intelligence apparatus. If this isn't clear evidence, then what is?

Now why on earth would Iran kill Shias in Pakistan? What do we gain? Shias have been a target of terror attacks in Pakistan for years, you are talking as if it's a recent development.

Shias getting killed in Pakistan is not serving Pakistan's purposes. And in the present scenario, Shia killings in Pakistan favours Iran as now they will put further pressure on Pakistan to call Gen. Raheel Sharif back home.

This is a sick attempt to arouse shia population of Pakistan against our armed forces and intelligence agencies. And the recent attack of Parachinar did prove it. Some shias have been accusing FC of taking sides with the terrorists.
