What's new

Iran kills 1 Pakistani soldier, 3 injured.

Pakistan is fast becoming a banana republic sadly. Even Afghanistan is daring to show eyes to Pakistan now. These puny Persians are worth nothing but because of our spineless rulers, who don't give a damn about national pride, dignity and solidarity, even these Iranians are now violating our borders.

They've been doing this for quite some time now. Time to give them a befitting reply in language they understand.

Next time, keep F-16s from Shahbaz on CAP/CAS duty, Bomb to smithrens these Iranian guards. Not much they can do anyway. Actually, with the amount of anti-Iran sentiments, Pakistan can get away with bombing Tehran directly.

I am glad the IGFC (a Major General deputed from the Pakistani Army) commented as he did. The Iranians need to clamp down on their soldiers who appear to quite obviously lack the training and discipline required by professional soldiers deployed on an international border, and differentiate between Pakistani FC paramilitary forces involved in chasing criminals and criminals themselves.

The Iranians also need to stop whining about Pakistan securing the border - the Iranians have plenty of troops and resources to secure the border from their side, and if they can't somehow do so, then they need to explain what specifically they expect Pakistan to do.

this news is going to give a lot of ideas to Indian defence establishment regarding cross border raids,,,thats for sure.
they will be watching closely at how u respond :agree:

No, bad call! Problem is not Iranians, Afghans or Indians, but Pakistani illegitimate government of Noora Sharif that is incapable of doing anything but Noora Kushti!

in other words it might be called " Incompetency " shown by our forces
No, in "other words", it is called being shot in the back and/or blindsided by troops considered to be "friendly" while the FC soldiers were involved in chasing criminals themselves.

Given all the ranting and whining by the Iranians, the FC probably expected the Iranian soldiers to assist them in apprehending the criminals, not shoot at them.

The fault here lies entirely with poorly trained and undisciplined Iranian soldiers.

What? We can't open another front of war with our most peaceful border country? Are you nuts?

errr... not really. The Iranian border is not looked at as hostile, and neither are Iranian forces. The Iranians don't have any territorial disputes with Pakistan either.

Do you honestly think the response from the Pakistani side, to any "raid" from the Indian side, is going to in any way be similar to the response on the Iranian border?

But why so ? Because our Forces did not fire back ?
Does not appear that the FC unit had a chance to fire back - they were blindsided by a pretty cowardly action on the part of the Iranian soldiers.
