i am talking about IP gas Pipeline zardari done a worst deal ever for just politics, at 11$ per mmbtu. Qatar LNG is way cheaper than IP. But we can renegotiate IP rate.

Yeah exactly.
Last time they had to pay Turkey $ 1 billion for over pricing gas by 15%.
Iran previously said that the price of gas for Pakistan would be similar to Turkey's price. In 2014 Iran was exporting gas to Turkey at above $420 per 1000 cubic meters, but the figure plunged to $225, or $6 per million BTUs, currently due to low oil price.

Now after negotoations--either pay US $1 billion or 13% discount-- its price will still be $5.10 per million BTUs, much higher than the Qatari LNG price of $4.50 per million BTUs for Pakistan.
They are dishonest in trading. If they dont lower gas prices, Pakistan should reject IP gas contract for once and all.

Damage is already done to Pakistan. Profit is already made by Iran.
Unchecked smuggling of Iranian oil and dumping of cement in Pakistan has set back Pakistan exchequer to many $billions.
Iran should be made to pay back for all of its smuggling to Pakistan, before resuming any sort of dialogue.
