Iran to supply Russia with “hundreds” of Drones

We could have discussed what UCAVs will be transferred, they used the word "hundreds" so maybe its Shahed-136 Loiterers not MALE UCAVs. Or may be a combination of MALE UCAVS like Kaman-22 or Mohajer-6, Shahed series + Shahed 136. It tells us about the capability of the system, its mass production capacity etc. Deployment status too. Another great topic to discuss is what Iran is getting in return of these hundreds of UCAVs. Is it the IRIAF supplies or something more political favorism driven in JCPOA.
Talking about which drones Iran will supply, i'm also thinking Iran will supply some Shahed-129s, or/and The "Gaza" drones..why? They're probably harder for Ukranian Air defenses to target because they can fly higher, and they can fly long distances, and carry solid weapons payloads, essentially basic potent, unmanned bombers.

And iran selling drones to Russia is some sort of a joke to me
What part exactly is funny to you about this UAV deal? I'm interested in understanding that sort of opinion. Cheers.

Iran is the only Muslim country who is ICBM capable and also nuclear capable.
Pakistan is the ONLY Muslim country with nuclear weapons. Iran might be nuclear capable but Pakistan was already and has around 200 nukes.
Pakistan also has ICBM capability for years now and has a wide range of indigenous ballistic and cruise missiles for years now.
Pakistan had missile technology before
Iranians. Just because we don’t test ICBM doesn’t mean we are not ICBM capable. It’s only enough to demonstrate you have the ability to build such when needed.
Pakistan has MIRV, MARV solid fuelled missiles. Iranians have an MIRV but it’s liquid fuelled compared to Pakistan’s solid fuelled MIRV and Pakistan’s MIRV has greater range. Developing a solid fuelled missile is much harder and better then liquid fuelled. Pakistan also uses indigenous engines on its cruise missiles and now has put Harbah up for export. Pakistan’s missile tech is still ahead of Iranians so is our nuclear tech. We have achieved to make short range compact battlefield ballistic missiles with miniature nuclear warhead. Irans shortest range ballistic missile is Tondar 69 which it set is based on Chinese copy of S-75 SAM and is no where near compact as Pakistan’s Nasr neither is it MARV or follows a quasi ballistic trajectory like Pakistan’s missile. Pakistan’s new Fateh 1 is basically what Tondar 69 is but even then Pakistan managed to put 8 missiles on a truck with range of 140 kms and all are MARV following a quasi ballistic trajectory.
Pakistan’s AQ Khan was the one who sold you Iranians nuclear tech and nuclear centrifuges which you Iranians didn’t even bother to modify a single bit leading to AQ Khan being caught.

Pakistan’s missile and nuclear tech is unmatched in the Muslim world and Pakistan is the sole Muslim country with nukes.

ICBM capable means having SLVs at least. Iranian SLV equals 12000 km MARV with glide capabilities.

Anyway hats off to Pakistan for the great works done ahead of us.

Also this is very strong coming from a person whose country have a “fighter” like the qaher 313 which has become laughingstock for all plane enthusiasts around the world. 😅😅

Plane enthusiasts ? Why are you being such a cringey fanboy ?

Meanwhile another crowdfunding for Bayraktar TB2’s are taking place this time for Poland.

Earlier it was Lituanian people that crowdfunded several TB2’s they already received it.

i respect your efforts for independent arms industry but you’re not on our level. Our level on drones is only second to U.S.

Countdown to this Polish Bayraktar TB2 being shot down or jammed has started even before it has reached Poland, let alone Ukraine.

Pakistan is the ONLY Muslim country with nuclear weapons.

Because of being allowed by NATO. :) Why did Iraq and Syria have their under-development reactors destroyed ?

Iran's foreign ministry:
"We have various forms of cooperation with Russia, including in the sphere of defense, but we are not helping either side involved in the [Ukrainian] conflict because we are certain that it should be concluded. I think that currently the problem is elsewhere - some Western countries, including the US, are manufacturing arms and trying to sell their products. We are trying to avoid any actions that may lead to an escalation. We are working on stopping this war,"

As usual, Americans released another lie. surprise:woot:

Khan was leaked because of Libya giving up and Iran-Khan relationship was leaked because Qaddafi leaked it.

Iran modified the centrifuges to 50-300 SWU carbon fiber units later, which almost equals European standards :)

He was da man. Thanks!

Don’t take my word

Take Zelensky word:

“Turkish drones not effective as mentioned “

In a recent interview, Ukraine president Zelensky said that Turkish attack drones "Bayraktar" do not play a decisive role in the war with Russia.

———
Take McKenzie word:

Iran got overmatch in the theatre—the ability to overwhelm.”

“Cheap and easy to buy, are often difficult to detect and problematic to defeat. “

“We’re working very hard to find technical fixes that would allow us to be more effective against them,”

“We’re open to all kinds of things,” he said. “The Army is working it very hard. Still, I don’t think we’re where we want to be.”
Look, in Greece we know this very well, because as you know we have a "neighbor" who has invested billions in drones, it uses them not only in the various invasions , recently also in the Aegean, where it violates the Greek island and sea borders.

So two years ago, and after market research, Greece started using an electronic anti-drone and anti-uav system, which shot-down the former, interferes with the latter. Turks already understood this, since the violations of the Greek airspace via UAV over the islands have stopped.
Obviously they will try to find countermeasures, but Greece will do the same as well as the country that built the system.

Now as far as their operational utility is concerned, they are useful when you have full air control over the battlefield. Their role is therefore auxiliary. Primary role has the fighters and the SAM network.

well, I think drones like ababil and Mohajer and some cheap suicide drones are enough for Russia ... they need just cheap drones in mass quantity to use them freely and cover the area ... cheap drone to support their cheap warfare strategy ....

and what about PGMs !?

what we can get in return !?

maybe Wheat , oil seed and some tech to support our civilian infrastructure and actually , get real data about our drones in a convetional warfare and practice some real war time scenario ...

. But claiming that we just put an RQ-170 in a photocopy machine and Shahed-171/191 came out is just not technical language.
Reverse engineering has nothing to do with the simple copy- paste . I did not write it and I make it clear I do not even imply it.
When we speak for a process in which software, machines, aircraft, architectural structures and other products are deconstructed to extract design information from them, this means that there must be high-level scientific staff, suitable laboratories and, of course, funding.

Might not need any, they just need 1000s of suicide drones assuming this war will take another 6 months and small recon drones.

yeah , they just need proven cheap drone in mass quantity ... maybe some Shahed 129 for long range recon operation of battlefield ...

so , probably we won't see any drone in class of Gaza or flying wing drone like Rq-170s ...

Iranian drones don't have SATCOM, they are unfit for long range recon, they're limited to LOS or have preprogrammed flights.

Because they were weak. West wanted to destroy ours but failed. Ofc this is too much for your idiot commie self to process.

Pakistan had Rehbar-I in 1962 which reached space. SUPARCO for its time was the most advanced space program in the region even ahead of India, Iran and China for its time. But when nuclear program became priority all the scientists were shifted to work on it and our space program was completely stopped.
Even now Pakistan had the capability for SLV and ICBM. The booster for Shaheen 3 is enough for an SLV and Pakistan’s missile ranges are all declared under 3000 kms for the public for the reason because we didn’t declare any enemies other then india and maybe Israel. But real ranges are higher and modifying it to increase range is a piece of cake. Pakistan’s missiles are made that adding another booster stage is a piece of cake. Right now Shaheen 3 has two stages and is designed that adding more stages is possible. ICBMs have many stages so if Pakistan even adds more stages to already existing Shaheen 3, it’s a ICBM. Pakistan has made a MIRV medium range ballistic missile. That alone demonstrated it had capability for SLV and ICBM. Also there has been rumours in Pakistan of a hidden ICBM for decades now since early 2000s. Even western scientists and organizations have said Pakistan has ability to make ICBMs or possesses ICBMs but it’s kept secret due to sanctions.

This is a image of supposedly Pakistan’s secret ICBM:
