I fond of iranian weapons...each new weapon they revealed allways is no.1, best, deadliest, most powerfull, most everythings, fastest, , bigest, fatest, tallest, sexiest, hotest etc..in the world..

I don't think ballistic missiles are used for surgical strikes and therefore this kind of accuracy is unnecessary. For a ballistic missile what really matters is range and payload. Since Iranians haven't managed to improve that, precision guidance won't get them much strategic advantage.

Using ballistic missiles armed with weapons of mass destruction such as nuclear biological or chemical could be a reason that you don't need accuracy but on the other hand if you have no plan to use nuclear or chemical warheads accuracy would be appreciated .... I mean inaccurate ballistic missiles can only be used effectively against large targets, such as cities, or soft military targets. However this targeting inaccuracy may be compensated for by fitting the missile with a WMD warhead.

well with the protection a US carrier group offers , the only way to sink one, is to guide a surface to surface ballistic missile right from above , my idea might seem childish but it's implementable with the russian glonaz system

Nope , you are misrepresenting facts , iran had chemicals even during the war with iraq , they asked Ayatollah Khomeini if the airforce is permitted to use them on iraqi arabs , and Khomeini refused them the right , you are confusing things here

here you are wrong . in 1993 when Iran signed CWS , Iran said it have produced mustard in 1980
but stopped the program then and destroyed all the Gas in 1987 after the war .by the way non of Iranian missile at the time had the capabilities to carry chemical weapons and right now Iran have no warhead designed to carry chemical weapons.
