Well the penalty for espionage carries a death penalty in most jurisdictions
there seems such to be a suggestion that this an attempt by Iranians to fabricate evidence. I think most of us accept that it was an amateurish attempt if that is what it was. As far as Iranian TV the clips can easily be doctored. We have in the past said that pictures and videos are easy to doctor, In the past I have put up BBC clips as evidence of something and the same people who are now insisting on the validity of this vid have suggested the BBC clip was altered
