Yes he is, Like any other dictator, But at this point of time, His and Pakistan's interest are the same, he has done the right things till now.
This what i think , and i might be wrong , Saudi and Pakistan are staunch allies of USA, cuz their leaders would fall out to near certain death if not of US support.
