My point was, why make all these grand announcements about mass producing SABA and then turn around and bring in russian Helios .
South Korea started Hyundai in th late 80S . It was a disaster; they were complete POS of a car . They turned to Mitsubishi for a decade and now they build their own engines on various levels . I can tell from

I don't know which country your leaders are confident about when it comes to co-developing helicopters. Maybe you should start with something like a Ka-226T. You'll have to order about 200+ in order to justify Russia's TOT to your country.
