Iranian's think in a do-or-die way sometimes(Which allowed them to survive sanctions for a long time). India's indecisiveness in Iranian projects is too much. China should be more decisive when dealing with Iran

China should only be worried about UN/International sanctions. The only active ones on Iran are US sanctions. Those are also quite deadly and inconvenient, but i think China has the economic power to withstand them. I dont see UN sanctions going back on Iran during Rouhani's final term tbh.

Btw i think about 90% of "false flagger" allegations on PDF are false.
