The thread is all yours Info you needed has been provided. Enjoy the thread have fun avoid trolling be polite to others.

Russia UAE & Iran all support Assad in Syria. Turkey is against them this is the regional look currently. USA supports Kurdish militias. Israel supports ISIS in the region.

I see you are going for Israel card. Safe bet i say

.
And some morons think Iran is the saviour of Islam and Muslims. Iran only exists to destabilise Sunni monarchies.

Looks like a few more soleimanis need to die and ayatollah.

Don’t rush to conclude.
Please check this link for the list of Sahaba and prophet tombs rebuilt by Iran after they were destroyed by Syrian rebels:

https://defence.pk/pdf/threads/list...ran-after-syrian-rebels-desecrated-it.668437/

Rebels exhumed the tomb of prophet Younes and took away what they found.

Don’t be surprised if the remains of the body ends up in Israel. It will be called prophet Jonas tomb in Israel.
Why should they take away the body?

So US Israel and Turkish proxies are fighting in this area and Iran is far far away letting them all fight?

They first cleared the Iranians out for safety and then are fighting each other.

very wise i must admit

Iran doesn’t care about Idlib it’s a cesspool of Sunni terrorist groups killing each other on a daily basis. Just see how many Sunnis are killing other Sunnis in that region. But idiot propagandists on this board like you think that Iran is killing Sunnis. They are backwards and ignorant. Mostly brainwashed because they don’t want to see the truth that Sunnis are a fractured and power hungry bunch who have backstabbed each other for centuries.

So no Iranian advisors and militias are not on the frontlines of Idlib. They are near military bases and key strategic areas that are important to Iran countering Israel and US.

. . . .
Sunnis are divided between Turkey backed groups and gulf monarchs backed groups.

The conflict has 3 islamic factions not 2.

The area is under Turkish Control. How did Iranian militants teleport to a Turkish controlled Area unnoticed, and do a ISIS, HTS style attack? Answer is they didn't. Turkey is working with ex ISIS and HTS terrorists, this happend under Turkish territorial area. It all makes sense really that these same terrorists would repeat their attacks.

You are always looking for excuses for your sectarian hatred.

Ladies and gentlemen, this news is unconfirmed/unverified and has been posted on the web before. As Bharwana pointed out, the territory this shrine is located in is not under the control of Iranian sponsored militias, rather it is under rebel control

At this point, given the war in Syria and the involvement of so many different competing groups and the related propaganda by each group against the other, there is no way to establish the veracity of any of the claims made or which side is responsible.

Since this issue is getting more and more visibility and is taking on sectarian tones, I am re-opening the thread for discussion & clarification.

At this point, I am adding the clarification that the shrine is actually in (non-Shia) rebel controlled territory to the OP. If anyone has information that argues differently, please let the mods know and we will update accordingly.

Yes, let’s hear this so called “list” of Shiite crimes against Sunnis in the past 1000 years. Almost every major terrorist group in Middle East is Sunni. Every major terrorist attack against Western countries has been....Sunni. Sunnis refuse to get along with other sects wether it’s Christians, Druze, Yazidis, Jews, etc.

The Iraq civil war started after Sunni terrorist group bombed in 2006 al-Askari Shrine bombing in the Iraqi city of Samarra.

And Houthis have received plenty of material support from Saudi Arabia since 2000 to fight the then Yemen government Of Saleh. So of course your brain dead intelligence forgets Saudi Arabia was allied with Houthis for several years at one point.

Don’t make Sunnis the victim here. They have allowed radicalized sects to develop and given Islam a bad name around the world. 9/11 was committed by Sunnis almost every major attack on Western civilian targets has been perpetrated by radicalized Sunnis.

Sunnis scream injustice yet dwell injustice around the world without thinking of consequences later down the road. As Civil war in Libya has shown and Saudi-Qatar feud Sunnis can’t even get along with themselves.

But of course all the problems are Iran’s fault.

Get real. No wonder most Muslim countries are stuck in Stone Age.

Sure

Here is just one example of "tolerant" Shias treating the greatest scholar of Sunnis with respect

And that too at a time when there was no ISIS, Saudia, Qatar, Turkey

Shia Ayatollat al-Mar’ashi al-Tostari in his “Masa’ib al-Nawasib” (calamities of the Nasibis):

“What Sultan Shah Ismai’l (may Allah bless him) did, was digging up the grave of Abu Hanifah, burning his bones and tossing his ashes into the wind and making his graves a place of impurity (Najaasah). This was the fate of Abu Hanifah and the decree that Allah was pleased with […]”

This was happening centuries ago when there was no America or Israel. Just one example of "tolerant" shias showing tolerance for dead people of Islam

I find this blaming Shias for this heinous act not logical. Umar Ibn Adb Al-Aziz, as far as know, is respected by Shia as well , as he gave the land of Fadak to the heirs of Hazart Fatima (RA) reversing the decision of Hazart Abu Bakar (RA).

Need to correct you here

He didn't reverse Harzat Abu Bakr (RZ) decision

In fact he praised that decision and let decedent of Hazrat Fatima (RZ) to look after fadak earnings just like Hazrat Umar (RZ) allowed Hazrat Ali (RZ) to be guardian of fadak during his caliphate

Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz (RA) followed sunnah of both Hazrat Abu Bakr(RZ) and Hazrat Umar (RZ)

.
So the political aspect of Iranian based Shia movements has always been to seek confrontation. Essentially, carrying on the historic confrontation narratives given them legitimacy to speak for the sect and creates reasons for validity of a cause for the proverbial goats they employ for their proxy wars.

As I tell and maintain bluntly to this day for all Shia or Sunni folk: Who the hell do you think you are to speak for these people and pass judgment or narratives on their actions. You are not worth the mud under their feet to discuss any of their intentions or not in the first place.
Whatever dynamics interpersonal dynamics they had, they are far far far above any of your pitiful selves.

.
I think the truth is cleared now very well for everybody based on these posts.

The title is this thread is proven to be wrong. Now I guess specific users will bring up the Shia-Sunni differences that has nothing to do with this thread and destroying the tombs.

My suggestion is to close this thread before it ends up into deep discussion of Sunni vs Shia belief.

That is the question. The area is under rebel control.

Be warned brothers.
Turkey has recently re-established its ties with Israel, i have respect for Turkish people but currently Israeli voice is being broadcasted on Turkish platforms.

No Sunni tomb has been raised by any group under Iranian preotection for sure, on the contrary most of them are rebuilt after being razed by terrorists.
