Pretty good inventory listing, didnt know so many Mirages have gone through upgrades. Un upgraded 36 Mirage III/Vs are likely the first aircraft that need immediate replacement followed by 42 F-7Ps. Makes 78 aircraft total that needs to be replaced in short term. Rest fleet is pretty much sufficient according to their roles.
Should note most PAF attritions are because of bird strikes, doesnt matter whether you are in a old F-7 or a new F-16 in that scenario, if its in a critical location or there is a engine failure not much you can do in a single engine aircraft.

150 JF-17s is the initial estimate, likely more will be ordered and there will definitely be Block-4,5,6...... etc afterwards.

Total Number of aircrafts in service in PAF,compare the digits of these with yours

I think extra 100 thunders will be ordered.
Best course of action, but those won't be around until after 2020. It's likely the PAF will try to pick up mothballed F-16s of various types via EDA to maintain fleet numbers and help with transition to JF-17 Block-IV & V (i.e the 100).

I got something different for the fighter jet numbers. 66 Thunders, 76 F-16's (not including ones on order), 185 F-7's, and 137 Mirage ROSE's.
Most older F-7 have been grounded active number is 140ish total was around 200 quite a number crashed some replaced by thunders etc etc. But they are stored and are air worthy whereas older Mirages are not.
Some Mirages have also have been grounded some example are also available for display in Karachi Museum.
This is the most authentic number given by Flightglobal in there 2015 mag.

Clearly your source is not so authentic. Not a single source besides yours says Pakistan has less than 50 F-16's and Thunders. I doubt your source is true.
