Interpol is an LEA, not an intelligence agency. Information about their 'general procedures' to issue lists and notices should not be 'classified'. All it would comprise of would be whether or not they conduct independent investigations to verify the information and notices they issue or not.

Not easily visible on their website.. However the following line indicates that there is some level of independent assessment does take place

"INTERPOL will only issue notices "if it is satisfied that all the conditions for processing the information have been fulfilled. For example, a notice will not be published if it violates Article 3 of the Constitution, which forbids the Organization from undertaking any intervention or activities of a political, military, religious or racial character."[1]"

My question was..
Is interpol fool to believe whatever information given to them? Is anyone forcing them to believe India? Why they're not believing Pakistan's stand that he is not there?
