That guy is one of the most disgusting figures in Iraq I have seen. In the moment he entered Kirkuk I knew that this is going bad. I hope Interpol gives it to the Iraqi State and he is to be punished harshly. When was the arrest warrant issued?

Arrest warrant issued in mid 2017 when he refused to obey the state and become a de-facto KRG loyalist opposing Baghdad whilst being a governor outside of the KRG, however this news might be false.

The issues in Kirkuk are not ending because Kurds have moved to political warfare and Iraq being the 'democratic state' means enemies have easy access and influence.

Baghdad is sending so much money to these Kurds whilst Basra (the super rich oil area) is a shithole, I would spend that money on Basra instead. That parliament is full of cunts
