And Chinese are 75% illiterate. They have been endowed by just a few brain cells by the Almighty. No wonder most of the crap stuff the Chinese produce are clones since they lack education, especially English. No wonder they can't even copy correctly from the blueprints and drawings they have hacked from other countries. That's what happens when 50% of the Indian population is illiterate. The average Indian is incredibly stupid.
Indian performance in PISA is shameful too.
proportional, hahaha, shortie plus small dick huh, glad you admit indian are both short and has small dick. side effect? i know, you indian are distraught for having pathetic number of "olympic gold", so there's no side effect, indian dick is just perennially small, just check with your wife.India dick is proportional to average Indian height (5' 5"), by chinese impotence i.e. "limp noodle" or "soft tofu" is out of proportion to global average. ............ the side effect of "olympic gold" is not worth it ...... or is it ? just check with your wife

The truth is that God ran out of brain cells during the distribution ceremony.

... Unlike Indians who are proud of 36% of NASA being Indians or something,.
Romania, number 13 and the highest ranking EU member .Not bad .
Ignoring the IO is fine, but India shoud care about PISA. One is all about selecting a few talented kids and the other says the overall quality of the universal education.
Do countries actually take this serious? never heard of it, seems strange like spelling bees
People in India are busy trying to better their lives than take part in silly olympics
No kid will waste his time on preparing for any kind of Olympics in India. Sports or Maths.
No parent will encourage his kids to waste his time on a global dick measuring contest. The education sector in India is so fiercely competitive that most kids have a single focus on getting into the right graduate school or the right post graduate school, or a university in the US. (GRE, GMAT)
How many sports Olympics gold has India ever won ? its because no one gives a $hit. I certainly don't.
Are you kiddding me , getting a medal in these olympiads is like getting a direct ticket to any of the best schools around the world, you just need to decide which one you want. These olympiads show haw capable you are in solving problems not like any school admission exam that say how good you memorized formulas but dont care shit if you cant use those formulas.every indian speak atleast 3 to 4 language
your right no Indian care about this type exam which benefits nothing
@The Last of usI do not doubt Iran is good at Maths, but judging from the history i don't think you should be expecting Iran to be amongst top 5 in the Olympiad. If you say all these years Iran didn't rank within top 5 because of underachieving then every country can say the same. You should be proud that Iran has performed so well this year. I understand your wish to see Iran to be in the top 5 annually, Iran will just have to work on that.

While it's unfortunate that China did not take the top spot this year, it was barely defeated by the U.S. team, which is 1/3 Chinese anyway.
However, one pattern that did not change was the pitiful performance of that other "gigacountry", India. Time and time again, India falls flat on its face in any kind of impartially adjudicated international competition. Why is this? Indian blowhards would have us believe that their backwater is home to the world's greatest ubergeniuses. Yet these ubergeniuses rarely seem to come through when it matters. Come on guys, the jig is up. You can't even assemble a more competent math team than tiny Macau.
When I was a student, I remember that the most famous forum for Mathematics olympiad in the world, was a Romanian based forum Eastern Europeans have always been very good in scientific olympiads.Romania, number 13 and the highest ranking EU member .Not bad .
The reason these exams don't matter is that these competitions ask only pre-collegiate students any country can 'prepare' them by teaching higher studies in advance to show their intelligence to the world. Not hard to find and prepare 6 students.
@The Last of us
Iran has been even ranked first in IMO(1998), and Maryam Mirzakhani, is the only person in international Mathematics olympiads that has had a real achievement after olympiads and has won Fields medal, equivalent to nobel for Mathematics. I have been in touch with students going to international olympiads, and sorry dude, but China only ranks high, because your government forces a long preparation program for chinese students which is a big cheating, and everyone knows it. Remove that long preparation program(which is like doping), then we can see where China will really stand I am not saying that China is weak, but don't have illusions either.
