It IS Arihant because, its got rudders in conning tower and Kilo and Akula do not have any.

Seems to be INS Chakra i.e Akula Class

This isn't about the arihant, however I was wondering if you also use bash scripting a lot with your Linux distro i.e Ubuntu
Also yes that pic appears to be that of Arihant and if one looks closely they can see her sister boat i.e the Arighat as well in a similar pic that was posted by Trishul blog.

Yes.. Open missile hatch is clearly visible. Possibility of 2 more nuke subs in the sheds.
Anti diver net can also be seen around the submarine.
