INS Arihant And Regional Stability – Analysis

So there was an operational SLBM which weighed 84 tons which means BMs weighing more than 50 tons can be canisterised .

Yes

SS-24 is such example(weighing 104 tons)

However truck mounted (TEL) canister systems can't carry and erect missile weighing more than 50 tons; thus SS-24's platform was rail car.

^^ I meant only 4 K 4s dont make sense

Normal SSBNs carry at least 12 missiles (ICBM class)

Delta IV carries 16, Typhoon used to carry 20 R-39 SLBMs(weighing 84 tons, making it world's largest SLBM)

Ohio class carries 24 trident II missiles.

In contrast 4 SLBMs is too low number.

I give you a reason..India don't need to house 20 SLBM in one SSBN..Hell India doesn't even have of so much tactical nukes to arm MIRVed K-4s(if it houses around 5 Tactical nukes) of one SSBN then..even 4 K-4 will be enough to work as a deterrent..Russia didn't make Typhoon in one day,nor did USA made Ohio..even Chinese Type-094,which is far larger(133m compared to 111m,8000 ton compared to 6000 ton) than Arihant, can only house 12 JL-2 ICBM..after we make larger subs, then only we can house more missiles..even 15 K-15 is enough to deter China..
