Most likely they wanted to mention the subcontinent. Otherwise we have to assume that there is a cheecky hindutva graphic producer behind it
That is what I thought, until I noticed that Bangladesh was not included, so it is not meant to indicate South Asia.
Perhaps data on BD wasn't available??
Perhaps. But it renders the whole presentation somewhat doubtful. It seems to be designed to serve a pre-determined agenda.
After all, we know that Muhammad PBUH often prayed to be protected from poverty, and married a successful business woman as his first wife. So being rich cannot be all that bad.
Islam promotes honest business and market economy, there is nothing wrong with being rich and being Muslim at the same time as long as your wealth has been generated through valid and honest means.
How do you plan on having rule of law when the State that enforces the law discriminates among its own people.Exactly!
Which is why we must also give due attention to the scientific discoveries and inventions in the rich countries over the last 200 years or so, that have played a role in creating vast portions of their wealth, and the rule of law that underscores it all.
