How could you eat an insect Neo. OK its a crustecian, but has 10 legs, an exoskeleton and looks like a roach?

Anything having more than 4 and less than 2 legs gives me the creeps!

Frog eye soup is more enticing. At least a frog is humanoid. Remotely.
Btw that soup will mean many dead frogs or alive but with their eyes gouged out. I'll settle for pulao instead.

Mango Kulfi

One can sweetened condensed milk
one can evaporated milk
one packet cream
pulp of 2 mangoes
pistachio,powdered,optional

Method:
In a bowl,mix condensed milk,evaporated milk,cream and mango pulp with hand beater till smooth.Add powdered pistachio if you like.freeze in serving cups or kulfi moulds.serve when set.

Shwarma Sauce​

I'm sure everybody wants to know What's that exotic sauce in shwarma snacks which makes it taste uniquely delicious.
Ingredients:
Yogurt 1 cup
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Lemon juice/Lemon 1 no.
Thyme (dried) 1 tsp
Salt to taste


mix all the ingredients together.and put the misture in a muslin cloth.Shape it like a bag and squeeze it in a bowl.Patience is all what you need.Do not squeeze too hard or the cloth would rupture.and you'll get a sauce having the very essence of garlic and thyme in it.
