If Ganjar-Mahfud wins, high probability that Indonesia will pursue R80 program as Ganjar-Mahfud pledge research program fund to be 1 % of GDP under their leadership. In 2025, Indonesian nominal GDP is projected to be 1.6 trillion USD so research fund will be 16 billion USD per year. This is not entirely funded by state but also by SOE and private sectors company under Ganjar-Mahfud research program.
