Only problems are that, Bhutan does not have a effective military, Nepal supplies soldiers to india(gurkhas), Bangladesh is a defensive country and pakistan is already fighting a war

It must be frustrating for them to watch all these talks with little to no military actions. All they kept seeing was more deals being signed followed by more mid-high level cooperations between China-India and Russia. Still they don't get the drift
