Nobody knows what China has or DOESN'T have. As for Pakistan, they would have to first make a four wheeler before going to space.

We don't care if our tech is better than US or Russia

All we care is our tech should be better than Pakistan and China ..
And our tech is much better than Pakistan atleast .. They can't even launch a single satellite ..
And we are catching China in indigenous tech . We already have better imported planes and weapons

And here lies the problem with India. If you don't choose to compare with the best, you will never be the best. China's weapons are currently not very advanced but they are progressing. Unfortunately for you, they keep their progress as a secret. Also, they are trying to catch up to US, Europe and Russia. If you want to compete with another country, you need to aim at where they are aiming. Instead of aiming at something that they have now.
