' USA gives technology to India' Huhhh.If you want to criticise the achievement of India like this space 'feat 'or any other technology field.You must first reject the aid of USA,then bail out from IMF debt, and then develop a technological base in any field .Dont field examples like your so called nuclear technology because Dr.A.Q khan is talk about that to entire world.
