You perhaps are referring to article 257, article 256 provides nothing on J&K.

Please reread 257 - you've misinterpreted it. It provides - When the people of the State of Jammu and Kashmir decide to accede to Pakistan, the relationship between Pakistan and the State shall be determined in accordance with the wishes of the people of that State.

Keywords here are when and accession. As for as I know the state of Kashmir has not acceded to Pakistan, so unless it accedes to Pakistan this article is inapplicable

So GoI spend $230 per person on Indians and $670 per Kashmiri. So lanti hindu gov spend about 3 times more on Kashmiris then average Indian. And most of the budget is spent on oppressing of Kashmiris by 700.000 army.

Its not worth it for Bharat land. It will remain muslim majority state for ever. Even 2 million dogri hindus in Jammu support article 370 lol

On topic this article really made me thinking all this terrorism is due to poverty or lack of education, its not due to any religion, we can take example of uae or arab countries, these countries are not involved in terrorism because they have better things to do in life that is live peacefully and enjoy limited period on planet earth.

I don't understand how Pakistanis came up with this figure of 700000 army personals. So out of ~1.2 million, 700,000 are suppressing Kashmiris. Than half a million are protecting India against both China and Pakistan?

But IoK is disputed area, and Kashmiris don't want anything to do with India.
