IL-76M is superior than tin can Y-20 in almost every aspect.
Most of Y-20 components and subsystems are imported from Russia and few from Europe top.

China desperately wanted IL-76M licence production but Russia refused so it has to be happy with crap quality Y-20.

Actually the Russians are buying military electronics from China, I can bet there are some Chini electronics in your MKIs. Apart from the engines, I don't see any complex subsystems for China to import.
