Haven't you been reading the posts properly. If the owners try to sack the managers the workers are instigated to burn and damage property and there is nothing can be done. The managers are protected politically and have become too powerful.

This is funny... in your country .. people from other country have more control over your own people.
Don't use their being Indian tag to cover up fault in you own country....

Why would Bangladeshi Workers favor an Indian Manager over a Bangladeshi owner...may be its the factory owners who are no feeling the heat of hiring professional Managers... as their own scandals are getting unearthed. SO they want to use this lame way of troubling Indian Managers.

Well in a global economy ...people do travel to other countries and work there.... Don't tell me that Bangladeshis are not working in Good positions in US and UK in sectors strategically important to them.

Regarding your comment on getting owners to accept demands... whats wrong with that... if the owners are not happy they can fire these managers and get rid of them.

Yo stinky green... if your factory owners are unable to exploit the Indian managers it simply means that the indian managers are legal work visa holders...illegal Bangladeshis in india are working as riksha pullers and house helps.. that's the status of illegal pole vaulters.

Total amount being remitted to india from Bangladesh is $3,716 according to 2 reports and 500000 illegal indian are remitting this, at least have some gratefulness that this poor country is no. 5 remittance sender to india that help those poor guys' families survive.
