It is usual Indian rubbish and hyperbole. I am an engineer and have been to their "hi-tech" cities like Hyderabad and Chennai, even their senior engineers make barely $14,000 US on the average. Indian average per capita income for labor is around $3 a day. i think that is probably right. If it were the whites or russians instead the chinese in the border issues india would have accepted the losses peacefully & might even cooperate with them.
