Schon has suggested that fans of both Multan and Lahore Qalandars will be marking their calendars for the two ‘Punjab derbies’. “Lahore and Multan have always been rivals; representing northern and southern Punjab respectively. So it’s no surprise that everyone is looking forward to that game.

Currently, PTV, Geo Sports and Ten Sports are the three official broadcasting TV partners for showing all cricket matches played in Pakistan. Indian viewers weren’t able to watch the second season of the PSL on TV which meant they needed to log in to Cricketgateway to watch it online.

However, according to latest reports, the third season of the PSL might be broadcast in India on DSport, which had recently also won a few other cricket rights in the country.

The third edition of the Pakistan Super League can be watched on TV in the UK with A Plus and UK 44 having won the broadcast rights of the tournament in the region. Prime TV channel is the official broadcaster of the PSL in the UK.

Apart from the television broadcast, PCB has also tied up with online websites to enable streaming of the matches. This will ensure greater viewership and in turn will attract bigger sponsors.

The third edition of the Pakistan Super League can be watched online at Cricketgateway, a website of the Global Sports Commerce and affiliate Technology Frontier Group, who have been awarded the sole licensing deal for showing it live.

The other way to watch the PSL 2018 is by downloading the Cricket Gateway Android App and Cricket Gateway iOS App. Fans from all over the world can watch the PSL online using this app, with the site having seen nearly 5 million hits last season from Australia, UK, USA, Singapore, UAE, Canada, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Germany, India and Japan apart from other parts of the world.

Although more is to be revealed later about the broadcasters of the PSL, PCB Executive Committee chief, Najam Sethi, says that PSL will make money out of broadcast rights, sponsorship rights, apparel rights, and ticket sales with the franchises getting a share out of this central pool.

This alone puts the broadcast rights in a very crucial position as it will bear an important mark on the financial viability and success of this T20 league and will also be a crucial indicator on how the PSL is received across the world vis-à-vis other similar domestic championships.

No problem bro. A game is a game chance mile to dekhlena..

This is the first time I've heard Psl tbh, is this like 20-20?

I am watching it in D-sports (new channel) whenever I get the time.. Low scoring games so far, but few real nail biters... I would have personally liked if there were more spectators at the grounds... Too spars... I am even planning with few of my friends (Pakistanis included, surprise surprise) to fly there one of the coming weekends to see a couple of matches live as well...

I'm sure the semis & the finals, which are scheduled to be held in Pakistan, will be jam-packed affairs...

Keeping aside all my hate towards India, I have to accept that Indians are true cricket lovers. A couple of Indians I know bought the tickets of opening ceremony and went to Dubai all the way from Abu Dhabi.. Even Pakistanis didn't travel to Dubai from Abu Dhabi.. lolz. They are even supporting

Anyway, I went to watch opening ceremony and saw Sanjay Kapoor (didn't know him, people told me about him) and couple of other old Indian cricketers.

Yep, it's available and I'm watching the Lahore vs Quetta match. Good to see some of the former international cricketers in it. But the lack of spectators in the stadium is very disappointing, not even 20% of the stadium filled!! Btw, why Quetta has KKR uniform? Initially, I thought it's KKR vs Lahore. Lol!
