What has impressed me is how united the Indian reaction has been. You would never see this in Pakistan. Celebs, cricketers, singers, Bolly stars, politicians all appear to have given a uniform response.

Its because their livelihood depends on it. They have no morals standing otherwise, so it should tell you something about their culture and the prevalent atmosphere in India where saying anything against their new found god modi means instant banishment.

Tbh what this is doing is just pushing the sikhs in India more and more towards the edge, in these times they need to stick together, instead of calling everyone terrorist and etc etc , sort a deal out with the farmers instead of mocking them online, india is just digging a grave for themselves at this point, they need to sort this issue out before its too late for them.

I pray they keep at it and its too late for them. In fact I hope Christians and Muslims in India start openly protesting to support the farmers too.

These madthers are not going to do anything. They have literally been bought out by drink, drugs and jobs.

I agree, the only meaningful leadership the Sikhs had was wiped out in 84. They been riding Hindu coattails ever since. Sad state of affairs.

A proper Sikh leader emerging out of this mess remains to be seen. They already have BJP sold Sikhs sabotaging the protests organisation.
