There must be a minimum of graduation

There is no educational qualification required in India to become an MP, PM or President. Indira Gandhi AFAIK did not have any recognized degree(She went to Shantiniketan). She knew more politics than any pundit; that is a different story. Laloo Yadav and Rabri Devi became Chief Ministers. Only the Rajya Sabha MPs(and Upper Houses in State Legislative Assemblies) under graduate quota and teacher quota need degrees(duh! look at the quota they are being elected in).

I wonder at the innocence of the question askers. Tea sellers are not educated people they just know how to talk big and run when someone abuses or slap them.
