Bozo throwing stone and protests are part of a democracy. and You cannot kill people for throwing stone. Go to the UN and ask them if you can kill people for protesting they will tell you it is considered genocide.
Is it???
No one fires on Non Violent protesters. But when things turns sour and Police/Army gets attacked, they first fire Tear Gas,then Pellet Gun/Rubber Bullet,Then warning shot and at last fire for effect.
Don't try to teach us what we should do when people are throwing petrol bomb and boulders at us and destroying property.
And its not only in Kashmir, rather it is universal practice.
Try Nandigram.
