We dont have any trade barrier. We are a free country and anybody can import anything from India or Pakistan and always people have a tendency to dodge taxes.

See something not right here. Official trade is only 500 million dollars and unofficial is more than 1 billion dollars. Why would the traders smuggle stuff if it is so free and fair?
