what is there to elaborate, it was a question put forth to you as You mentioned some hindrances to commence such business by Indian Pvt firms...

Like How other Pvt Aerospace firms around the world started there expertise?

Look what i mean to say here is that we are not innovative. Inspite of having firms like L&T, TATA's and M&M's, we still lack way behind other countries. While we were developing LCA and Arjun, China was developing ASAT and Anti-Carrier. You see thats my point. Why the likes of Boeing, LHM and EADS are able to control the world market, it is just because they are innovative and they are better businessmen.

This is what I am comparing to Indian IT industry. If a company like Infosys which can be world's best with seed capital of Rs 10000, why cannot this big firms. It is because our IT folks were Innovative, we prospered.

There is something we need to learn here.

Boeing started as a part of United Technologies, it was not a engineering or automobile company which suddenly decided to venture in to aviation.

Why are we Not Innovative? Its not because we dont have skills, its because we do not have any Scope for Innovation in this country, No Basic Infrastructure to Sit and Study on a Standard Issue...

Now that The Pvt Firms Like TATA who have vast experience In business, Know how to handle such scenario...

Just because companies Like Boing and Airbus are into this, dosent mean that we remain Incompetent..

For a nation to progress we Must allow such Industries to Come up, and If they survive or not, its the need of govt to support them in time...

So I dont have any Doubts about the Innovation Skills Of Ours But the scope is Vast in this country now...

To Innovate You need Technical Know how, You cannot expect them to innovate technologies Unless You have some stuff... Its always better to Commence an Industry to innovate, than having a Joint venture with HAL and NAL, Which Obviously You can at any point of time

We boast about having 3 Indians in billionaire's list but our technical industry is so handicapped. You tell me, if you are a businessman, would you do JV's with Nal/Hal??
