Indian restaurant in Bahrain shut down for denying entry to veiled woman

These idiots are hilarious trying their sanghi BS in Gulf countries, which by the way have loads of them living there.
Good, it's waking up the Gulf populations very fast to their views.
Are they really hilarious, or do the idotiic hinduphobic rant's without knowing the gist matter more entertaining? I'll leave that for the readers to decipher.

. .
Joe I was in Islamabad with a group of friends.
One guy spent time talking to me as we hiked in the hills. I didn't know his name. The time came for lunch and he told me he was Hindu and felt nervous as some people may object to him eating with them. I said if anyone objects come and east with me from my plate. He was shocked. Humanity comes 1st. All persecution is wrong.and people who do this must be punished severely
If I seemed to be addressing you, you are mistaken. I know you well by now. But it is that willingness to think badly of others that we need to address. Please understand that we are, at the moment, going through a worse dose of it, a much worse dose, than anyone to the west of the Radcliffe Line. It's not about you, it's about being willing to look at all sides of a picture, and I picked your post as a convenient point of starting.

Well I guess I go with the press. Anyway, his real identity will be revealed soon, and the real sad thing is you can no longer be in denial about the hate your countrymen now export abroad....
Who told you I am in denial about the hatred that my countrymen export abroad? Not at all. Just because I wanted to clarify this one incident? Gimme a break!

My point is that we shouldn't get into stereotyping people, and into imagining imaginary personalities present during unpleasant episodes.

Guess what? The discussion I have here is the exact mirror image of those I have elsewhere. And when it gets to choose between a Hindu Indian defending Indians from a mistaken accusation, and between a Hindu Indian defending a Muslim Indian's right to personal freedom, what do you think gets the worse reaction?

.
Clearly not given the responses on the thread, right.

Or typical Pakistani aversion to read and comprehend the issue at hand?
British press states otherwise
Independent newspaper you can google it’s credentials

So it was an Indian after all .

.
Whoever the duty manager is, Indian or British is irrelevant, If they broke the law then

1) Duty Manager should be Fired or like they say in UK, sacked.. :)
2) Fine the restaurant
3) Open the restaurant
4) Case closed

.
Did you listen to her in the video.

Hijab is not banned in India, the controversy was about allowing hijab in school. I have no surprise here that you think it's banned in whole India. You guys always have problem interpret things .you guys could not even interpret one page of writing regarding the hijab controversy in India and assumed its banned across India.

You obviously do not understand Islamophobia.

It is Islamophobic when Muslim women wearing hijab are being attacked all over India whether there is a ban or not is irrelevant. Even the poor families of hijab wearing women are not spared.
Zoya Ahmed* alleged that her 20-year-old brother Saif was assaulted by a mob due to her decision to protest the ban on Islamic headscarves at educational institutions.

Like I said, culture flows from the top.

Whether the manager is British or British-Indian or Indian-Indian does not matter because it is the work environment that allows Islamophobia to fester. Ask yourself, where did the manager get the idea to treat Muslim women in such a way? You can be sure the owner and colleagues felt this was appropriate behaviour. They obviously regret it now that they have been caught.

Let me add 3rd option for such people "Deport"

Apparently the woman in question has clarified that the manager was British. In other comments she also mentions that the Indian owner was very upset at the decision of his manager and apologised.
Why its Indians who don't know what is going on under their noses? You fire missiles, you don't know how that happened? Kerala court decides ban on Hijab and a British manager, Ajay Kumar, wants to implement that in Bahrain? And again the Hotel owner doesn't know? I mean this innocency will either get you guys nuked or embargoed.

Quite a fair few of them have been caught out in the Middle East previously, especially on social media.
But it’s good to know this has now been cleared up.

.

For those who doubt that the Manager was a British of Indian origin.

Bless her Heart. As a Muslim Woman she holds no grudge against the Manager being Indian or British as she clearly speaks against Racism.

She has No Idea about the Racist Filth Hinduvadis are doing in their country called Bharat Mata.

Its a good thing she isnt in India or this didnt happen in India.

.
Once again stupidity triumphs. Very good decision by the Government of Bahrain. How it should be!

.
For a second, lets believe that this incident is correct. Restaurant owner has no rights? There is no right to refuse service in the middle east?

.
Seems a bit Uninformed and Ignorant.

The issue was caused by a British Manager.

Only if you could read about it without your hinduphobic glasses.

Only if Brits are Hindutva-vadis, ;)
Doubt the manager made and enforced the rule on his own and had this been the case the place wouldnt have been shut down by Bahraini authorities.
That said this is not the first of past such case.
In the past UAE and other countries have traced and deported indians for Islampphobia.

You think you can go to a Muslim state and ban Muslims ?
