I am not representing any one from government of India. Lol. But as an engineer, I know 20 years are more than sufficient.

I know you are in mood for trolling but Indian rail dont have to go through any of that, it already has all the land it needs. "Expropriation" maybe your first thought as you are from china, but this things dont happen in India, atleast not on such large scale. Look what happened to TATA in west bengal, no one wants to go through that again.
