Badminton has great infrastructure and the results are there for all to see.

It's not that Indians lack physically. What we lack is proper system and environment in place for talent to thrive into world class...

Yup one day I would like to shake the hand of P. Gopichand for all that he has done in developing the training side of it when he could have comfortably retired after his great career. Each time I see him calmly coaching the badminton players with sage advice in terse situations....I am reminded of his great all england victory against all odds. Truly he is a modern day dronacharya.

A big shout out has to go to the honourable Chandrababu naidu who empowered and really pushed the physical infra for it back when people were saying he should not waste money on sports and trivial things.

We have come a long way from then and still have a long way to go even in Badminton....but the course has been set as to how success is achieved in the world of sports for Indian raw talent.

Rio Olympics 2016: Vikas Krishan says he couldn't have done better after defeat to Bektemir Melikuziev

You have nothing to be ashamed of Vikas! You gave it your all and went pretty far....if you are satisified with your effort, who are we to say otherwise?

A tribute to the pugilist from Haryana:

Keep being tough, keep fighting to the last and never worry what others say about you!

That PV Sindhu girl really impressed me ..

What happened to Yadav was really shameful. I feel for this boy. Whoever is the culprit must be made an example for others.
